We are currently focused on the Denver and Front Range Colorado markets as well as the Triad area of North Carolina. These markets are featured due to their consistent population growth, rent growth, job growth, low vacancy and a growing GDP.
As an investor and owner, APC seeks to acquire well-located multifamily properties in markets with sound underlying fundamentals and meaningful growth potential. Through a rigorous value enhancement program that includes thoughtful renovations, operational improvements, and ancillary income development, we aim to reposition each asset with the goal of maximizing NOI and elevating its competitive position within the market.

The average reposition time of our acquisitions typically lasts 3-5 years. By financing right, we ensure that the property is still generating cash flow regardless of the current market cycle phase.
